TREES

Chilopsis 'Art's Seedless' or Desert Willow - a drought tolerant tree native to Southwest deserts, grows 15-30 ft, and this variety produces no messy seedpods!

Acer palmatum 'Emperor One' - yes Japanese maples are not toted as drought tolerant or low water, but if you love Japanese maples this is variety to choose. Its the tallest growing red Japanese maples - to 20-25 ft high and wide, and although it requires "regular" water, these are the most heat tolerant of the bunch, and they hold their color best in hot weather.
